Polycart P100. Urban Shopper.

The Polycart P100 Urban Shopper is a shopping cart designed for small and medium size urban proximity stores. It is also very convenient acting as auxiliary shopping cart at bigger supermarkets and hypermarkets.

The Polycart P100 Urban Shopper plastic shopping trolleys are very suitable to substitute the baskets with wheels, because:

• They are much more comfortable for the customers, not forcing them to bend every time they pick a product.
• They don't get tipped over.
• They are much safer, since in many occasions the baskets with wheels that work at floor level cause trips to the customers.
• They are much more hygienic. The main problem of baskets with wheels is that they take all the dirt from the floor with their wheels which ends into the next basket when they are piled up.
• They last much longer.
• Maintenance is not required.
• They increase the customer's buying capacity. This ends in a larger average basket and a larger total revenue.

The ergonomic handle of the P100 Urban Shopper integrates a display for the customer's logo. It can incorporate any standard coin lock made for 25 mm. handle diameter.

Polycart P130. Aisle Rider.

The Polycart P130 Aisle Rider is a shopping cart designed for all kind of supermarkets. It is also very suitable working as auxiliary shopping cart for hypermarkets.

Polycart P180 Compact

The Polycart P180 Compact is a monoblock shopping cart, this means that the chassis, the basket and the handle are made together in a single piece of polypropylene. It is intended for supermarkets of between 800 sq. m. and 2,500 square meters with parking lot.

It is offered with and without child seat. The ergonomic handle of the P180 Compact integrates a display for the customer's logo.

Polycart P220 Compact

The Polycart P220 Compact is a monoblock shopping cart, this means that the chassis, the basket and the handle are made together in a single piece of polypropylene. It is designed for big supermarkets and hypermarkets of over 2,500 square meters where the customers mainly arrive with their cars.

It is offered with and without child seat. The ergonomic handle of the P220 Compact integrates a display for the customer's logo.

These castors are convenient for those Polycart P100 Urban Shopper intended to be exclusively inside the store, replacing the baskets with wheels. The main benefit of this size of castor is that, even though they still offer an outstanding performance on smooth floors such as the kind of those inside the store, they make the trolley much more difficult to handle on rough floors such as the kind of those at the street outside the store, so these castors act as a dissuasive element against the robbery of the trolleys.

Designed for the following pallet size: track width: approx: 2,75 mm., groove width: approx. 5,7 mm., groove depth: > 10 mm.

Load capacity 80 Kg. per caster on level and securely attached floors, 40 Kg. per caster on walkways. Use on uneven floors, outdoors (ground beams, gaps, joints, manhole covers, etc.) can affect the life expectancy of casters.

Kindersitz

Um Familien dass einkaufen angenehmer zu gestalten, ist ein Kindersitz eingebaut die ein Kind bis max. 18 Kg sicher und komfortabel transportieren kann.

The child seat of the Polycarts is designed having security in mind, with a double seat back support system and with a basket design that prevents children to put their hands through the basket.

Die Gebrauchsanweisung für ein gesicherten Kindertransport steht auf den Einkaufskindersitz deutliche zu lesen.

Ein Sicherheitsgurt steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung, auch für die Ländern wo es keine Vorschrift ist!

Der Sicherheitsgurt kann nicht das Kind auf dem Sitz stand ihn von der Gefahr eines Absturzes aus einer beträchtlichen Höhe zu schützen

Pfandschloss

The Polycart may incorporate a coin lock in order to have shopping carts always available for the customers at the cart corrals.

There are two different models of coin lock available for the Polycart models P180 Compact and P220 Compact.

Polycart models P100 Urban Shopper and P130 Aisle Rider are compatible with any coin lock for standard handle diameter of 25 mm.

Ronis Mineuro
It works with 1 euro or 50 cents coins. It can be adapted for coins of other countries.

Hintere Tragkästen

The Rear Folding Crate Holder gives the Polycart a larger load capacity, offering the customer a tray on which to comfortably place bulky items not loosing space within the basket and not having to pre program the order of the items placed in the basket depending on the volume they take.

Its perfect ergonomic integration with the Polycart allows the customer to walk normally not interfering at all with his legs.

The Rear Folding Crate Holder is designed for a maximum load of 20 Kg. not affecting the stability of the Polycart even if the basket is empty. It bears up to 80 Kg.

For the Polycart P180 Compact it doesn't enlarge the nesting distance. For the Polycart P220 Compact provided with the Rear Folding Crate Holder the nesting distance increases to 250 mm.

The depth of the tray is 32.5 cm. not being limited in width.

The folding / unfolding mechanism of the tray is extremely smooth, being automatically folded when another Polycart is nested, even if the tray has been left unfolded.

Designed to create a separate space inside the basket where to place and protect those products which are more fragile, such as eggs, fresh foods, glass bottles, etc...

For babies up to 9 Kg. of weight. It features a seat belt. The shopping carts provided with infant seat are also provided with one rear castor with brake.
