The Polycart C220 Compact is a cart ahead of its time, was the first supermarket cart made of plastic, both the chassis and the basket are made of a single piece of polypropylene. It is a cart designed for large supermarkets and hypermarkets with a sales area of more than 2,500 square meters. Its innovative design won the DELTA award. The C220 is undoubtedly the car with the best quality-price ratio in the market.

Our compact models were pioneers in RFID support, in fact they were the first cars on the market 100% compatible RFID, and in fact, is probably the most evaluated car in this regard, having passed all compatibility tests.
The C220 is manufactured as standard with 125 mm plastic wheel, an excellent quality wheel with plastic fork.
This wheel manufactured in polyurethane by ITM in Valencia, offers a good quality of rolling, in addition to a perfect anchorage in most escalators on the market. Con esta rueda, la carga máxima del carro se reduce hasta 160 Kg.
In the whole C series we distinguish two colour zones, one relating to the body as the main piece, and the other relating to the rest of the components (baby carrier set, trays and accessories). The body is manufactured in grey Ral 7015 as a standard colour (it has no cost and we usually have stock), any other colour is an option with extra cost that is manufactured to order (45 days delivery time). With respect to the rest of the accessories, they can be of any of the standard series colours (Grey Ral 7015, Red Ral 3000, Orange Ral 2004, Green Ral 6024, Yellow Ral 1023 or Blue Ral 5002), free of charge and with permanent stock. Consult the possibility of custom colors.
The C220 Compac has an integrated handle, which makes it more robust (no assembly) and aesthetic, and in turn makes it more competitive, as we save labor compared to any other car.
The lower tray is designed to place bulky products that would occupy us too much in the basket, leaving space available in the basket for other products.
The function of the separating tray is to compartmentalize the basket in two spaces, leaving the smallest one for the most delicate products, such as chips or fish, so that they cannot be damaged by the heaviest ones.
The Polycart seat is designed to be comfortable and safe. It has a load limit of 15Kg.
Cradle made of integral polyurethane manufactured by ITM, which is characterized by being very safe, comfortable and very easy to clean, as we can wet and clean it easily with a cloth.
The nautical club version of our C220 incorporates rear brake wheels, as well as a piece of polystyrene flanged under the basket that reduces the average density of the cart, so that in case of falling into the water, does not sink.
